We're looking for a full-stack .NET/Angular developer with extensive knowledge of both classic and modern technologies.
You'll join the Public Transport team, which develops innovative public lighting solutions using an Agile methodology. The world is changing ever faster. This is also true for the outdoor lighting landscape (public, site, architectural, monument, etc.). Connected lighting, citizen participation, CO2 savings, sustainability, smart cities, supply chain collaboration, and more are just a few examples of developments that must be translated into new and/or modified products for our customers.
As a .NET developer, you'll be part of a young and dynamic development team responsible for supporting and adapting OV Web, a web application that manages all processes and assets related to public lighting. Besides OV Web, the development team manages several other applications for which front-end and back-end development is underway.
Responsibilities / tasks:
- You implement new functionalities in the existing OV Web code in consultation with the product owner and the team
- You are responsible for supporting and adapting web applications, both within projects, maintenance and incident operations
- You work with the team on the planning, scope, work estimates and follow-up of releases
- You contribute to the functional design of the solution
- You work on the technical design and development of the solution
- You are able to translate problems into concrete solutions
- You write tests (unit tests) and document your developments
- You actively work on knowledge retention and knowledge transfer to your colleagues
- You will observe development guidelines (best practices) and internal IT standards
. You will be responsible for quality assurance within the team, in consultation with the quality manager within the ICT Development Factories, through design and code reviews.
You will communicate with the various stakeholders, including the service desk, project managers, infrastructure manager, and the hierarchy
. You will meticulously apply the working methods within the framework of the change and release management process
. You will provide technical advice to the analyst or designer
. You will ensure accurate evaluations of the technical feasibility of requests.
